Payment terms
Paying for the goods we sell on this website is possible via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) or through PayPal.
The selling price displayed on each product page contains the shipping fee (save express shipping) and all taxes, no additional cost you need to bear at checkout. Please bear in mind that certain countries above certain product value may charge customs duty and/or sales tax. This fee will be invoiced by the carrier.
After checkout the payment provider will send you a confirmation message about the successful transaction, and we will also send you a message about the reception of the money, the beginning of the production process and the anticipated completion date.
Shipping
Once your order gets ready we will send you an email about the shipping of your product(s), mentioning the carrier name and the tracking number of the parcel. In certain cases the carrier will also send you an email about the expected delivery date.
Ardeola does not take responsibility for items that get returned due to inaccurate / mistyped shipping addresses.
Delivery
We use FedEx or the local post as carrier.
Default transit times are ~5-10 days worldwide. Express shipping (2-4 days) is available for additional fee - send us a message before placing the order.
Please note, that in certain countries above certain product value customs duty / import tax may be charged on you when receiving these goods. In these cases this fee is on you, and it will usually be collected by the carrier!
Should you experience damages at reception of the goods please contact us immediately and refer to our refund policy.
